Registering an Address Book location

The machine provides the “Shared address book” and “Personal address

book”. The “Shared address book” can be used by all users of the machine,

and the “Personal address book” is a private address book for the currently

logged-in user only.

To use the personal address book, you need the OfﬁceBridge user setting.

For details of address book, see Chapter 3, “Using the Address Book,” in

the MFP User’s Guide.

Registering the shared address book location

Press <Setting>.

Press [Address Book Entry].

Press [Enter/Edit].

Press the address book number you want to register or edit.
